PropertySensor was founded in 2023 by a small dedicated team in Melbourne, Australia, with the goal of funding property development projects as well as provide free, data-backed insights that help property professionals maximise returns and identify opportunities.

Andy Wong - Director

Andy Wong is a co-founder at PropertySensor with over a decade of experience in finance and construction lending, having worked for leading organisations like Payton Capital and Australian Securities Limited.

Andy has successfully funded multiple projects through debt funding and equity raising for both small and large, complex developments. He also has experience financing residential and commercial property investments. Andy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Melbourne, has completed his Certificate IV in Credit Management and holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. He is also RG146 Tier 1 compliant in Managed Investments.

Andy is passionate about working with property developers to secure funding for projects that traditional lenders have overlooked.

Outside of work, he is a proud family man who enjoys playing tennis, cooking for family and friends and following Formula 1.

Mark Wei - Director

Mark Wei is a co-founder at PropertySensor and has managed planning, data, and reporting functions across leading companies within their industries, including Philip Morris, Nike and Mercedes-Benz.

Mark has extensive experience in sales planning and identifying opportunities through data and insights. He has successfully managed sales targets, accurately forecasting sales for multi-billion dollar portfolios across consumer-packaged goods (CPG), premium sportswear and luxury vehicles. Mark is a trusted source for reports and insights, providing directors and C-suite business leaders with key business information to grow market share and hit sales targets. Mark holds a Master of Business and a Bachelor of Science, both from Monash University.

Mark is excited to apply his experience working with data and insights to help property developers and business partners find new opportunities and grow their businesses.

Away from the office, Mark enjoys spending time with his young family, long distance running and sewing backpacks.
